A computational platform for brain-connectome analysis and neuroimaging research.

NeuroSignature provides a web-accessible platform for computing brain-connectome signatures from neuroimaging data. Upload your connectivity matrices or pre-processed fMRI data and receive graph-theoretic metrics, global efficiency, local efficiency, clustering coefficient, modularity and more, with visualisations and downloadable results.
